Aperta Acta LLC is committed to precision. If you identify an error, an omission or an outdated record on any of our websites, please let us know — submissions are reviewed by our editorial and data teams.
What a useful report includes
- The URL of the affected page or record.
- The type of issue: factual error, outdated information, broken link or missing source, typo, or other.
- A short description of what is wrong — and, if available, a source supporting the correction.
- Optional: your name and contact details, in case we have follow-up questions.
Substantive corrections are applied promptly and noted on the affected page. Reports are handled confidentially; we do not publish the identity of reporters.
