Aperta Acta translates from Latin as “open records” or “public acts”. The name describes our standard: information should be traceable, verifiable and transparent.
Aperta Acta LLC is an independent operator of information, comparison and consumer portals. Our websites help users make better decisions — through guides, price comparisons, data overviews, provider information and source-based analyses across a range of consumer topics.
This website is deliberately not a large content portal. It serves as the central place of trust and transparency for all websites operated by the LLC. It answers, plainly: who runs these sites, how is content produced, how is data collected, and how does the company earn money?
All critical information must be traceable to its origin.
Our methodology rests on three pillars: explicit documentation of sources, precise dating of observations and updates, and the disclosure of commercial relationships. Where prices, product data or provider information are presented, we name — wherever possible — the source, the time of collection and relevant updates.
Our content may be funded through advertising, affiliate links, lead fees or partnerships. We disclose such commercial relationships. Revenue never decides whether information is presented correctly, clearly and verifiably.
